Round Tablecloth

Let's pretend that the light inside cyrcle in the picture to the left is the top of your round table. To find the best fit for your round table, measure across the top of the table. The result is your table's Diameter.

Now we have to determine how long you would like the tablecloth to drop from the top of the table.  A drop from 20cm(8inches) to 35cm(14inches) is a good range for a casual tablecloths. If you are looking for formal tablecloth, the drop is usually longer -  40cm(15inches) to 80cm(30inches). This interval varies depending on the table height. 

To determine the size of your tablecloth add the diameter plus the drop plus the drop.I'll give you my round table's measurments for example:

Casual tablecloth:                               Formal tablecloth:

 Diameter: 90cm (35.4inches)                    Diameter: 90cm (35.4inches)

 Table height: 75cm (29.5inches)               Table height: 75cm (29.5inches)

 Drop: 30cm (11.8inches)                           Drop: 70cm (27.6inches)

Imagine that the lighter part of the picture to the left is the top of your table. Measure across the longest side of the table to determine the Lenght. Do the same across the shorter side for the Width.

Next, according to the height of your table, you have to decide on the Drop. A drop of average lenght between 20cm(8inches) to 35cm(14inches) is the perfect fit for a casual tablecloth. For a more formal setting you should be looking for a drop distance from 60cm(23inches) to 80cm(32inches). 

To determine the desirable size of your tablecloth add the lenght plus the drop plus the drop and the width plus the drop plus the drop. For example:
